6 of the spacers are encrusted with 5 diamonds each, the other spacers are gold beaded. The diamonds are bright white and beautiful. High-quality natural stones.  
Stamped "18k" on the nice, safe, hidden box clasp that has 2 figure 8 safety latches.
Encrusted with 398 Pav'e set diamonds Total diamond weight approx. 2.50 carats. Gross weight 73.8 grams!!!
